N4T! and Kellin Quinn Released “Burning Bridges” and Here is My (Totally Unbiased) Review

We all know who Kellin Quinn is (unless you’ve been living under a rock), so I’m skipping his intro. Instead, let’s talk about N4T! and her brand-new single, “Burning Bridges,” featuring none other than the Sleeping With Sirens frontman himself. And if you somehow missed my earlier post about N4T! — here’s your second chance.

Born and raised in Brazil, N4T! grew up listening to American rock and pop-punk. She picked up the electric guitar and drums at a young age, hopping from band to band before carving her own path as a solo artist. Her previous singles “Big Fake” and “4 Leaf Clover” already featured some recognizable names like Woven in Hiatus and We The Kings — and now, she’s teamed up with Kellin Quinn for a track that hits just as hard emotionally as it does sonically.

Also — I lied. This review will definitely be biased. Did you really miss the description of the blog?

While I was out shooting some insanely talented local bands. at Green Auto, the release of “Burning Bridges” was creeping up. The moment the clock struck 8PM here (midnight in Brazil), I locked in, hit play, and instantly had it on repeat during my bus ride home.

“Burning Bridges” is exactly what it sounds like — a track about the pain of toxic relationships and the messy, exhausting cycle of forgiving people who don’t deserve it. It’s about finally torching those bridges and dancing in the glow of your own freedom.

Kellin’s signature vocals add a shackle-breaking edge, while N4T!’s smoother tone keeps it grounded. I personally loved how the voices complement each other effortlessly, with neither overshadowing the other, and the result is a song you’ll catch yourself humming on your way to work.

My favourite verse has to be “Dancing in the fire, bruned by the flames / Covered by the ashes of the dreams I chased”. As someone who had to pull the trigger in a toxic relationship, I understand the bitterweet feeling of lighting the match, setting the bridge on fire, feeling the fire burn, while dancing to the freedom of it all. Hopefully this doesn’t feel too emotional, but I love how a heavy topic like this is a aoproached in a such an upbeat song. It feels like raw pop-punk — nostalgic but with modern elements.

I would’ve given anything to hop on a flight from Vancouver to São Paulo for Anthem Riot Party on May 15th, where N4T! performed the track live for the first time. From the videos and snippets I caught, the lineup was stacked — from talented DJs to cover groups to incredibly female artists absolutely owning the stage.

Bottom line: if you haven’t added “Burning Bridges” to your All Time Low, We The Kings, Mayday Parade, sad bangers only playlist — what are you even doing? It’s nostalgic, it’s modern, it’s emotional damage in the best way possible. I can’t wait to see what N4T! does next. Manifesting a full album and more incredible collabs — I heard someone mention Craig Mabitt in the comments and, as an Escape The Fate fan, the thought is now officially living rent-free in my head.

Well, stream the damn song. Smash that replay button. And if you text your ex after this — don’t say I didn’t warn you.
